The Our Patriots Fund at CFGC provides financial support to individual veterans for items not funded by the VAC, state and federal veteran programs, and local social services. In order for the Our Patriots Fund to cut a check to a vendor on that veteran’s behalf, this form must be completed by the VAC of Will, Kankakee, LaSalle, or Grundy County.
